- SR Commercial Holding Co., Ltd. (SCH)
The Company registered the establishment of a new subsidiary company on July 5, 2017 with the main objective to invest into other potential businesses which mainly focusing on design, construction and operation in car park and automatic parking system with a registered capital of 82,000,000 baht (Eighty two million baht) divided into 8,200,000 ordinary shares, with a par value of 10 baht per share, which Siamraj Public Company Limited has a shareholding of 8,199,997 shares or 99.99 percent.
The head office is located at the Siamrajathanee Building, No. 289/9 Moo 10, Old Railway Road, Samrong Sub-district, Phra Pradaeng District, and Samut Prakan 10130.
- TKS Venture Co., Ltd. (TKSV)
The Company registered the establishment of a new subsidiary company on July 12, 2017 with the main objective to invest into other potential businesses which mainly focusing on design, construction and operation in car park and automatic parking system with a registered capital of 170,000,000 baht, divided into 17,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of 10 baht per share. TKS Ventures Company Limited is a subsidiary company that SR Commercial Holding Co., Ltd. had hold the shares 89.99 percent which its holding shares by Siamraj Public Company Limited for 99.99 percent. And TKSV had signed a land lease agreement for the construction and management of the parking building at Thammasat Hospital, Thammasat University (Rangsit Campus) with Thammasat University (“The Lessor”), on July 17, 2017 which the construction had finished completely and started to open the business around the end of 2018. The head office is located at the Siamrajathanee Building, No. 289/9 Moo 10, Old Railway Road, Samrong Sub-district, Phra Pradaeng District, and Samut Prakan 10130.
- Techtronic Co., Ltd. (TTN)
The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 2/2017 approved to purchase and accept of the entire business transfer from Techtronic Holding Company Limited (“Techtronic Holding”) on October 3, 2017. The whole entire business transfer including entering into the entire business transfer agreement, and other documents related to all transactions, which later “Techtronic Holding Company Limited”, which is a shareholder in “Techtronic Company Limited” for 100 percent. At the present, Techtronic Holding Co., Ltd. was dissolution completely which nowaday its doing business under the name of Techtronic Company Limited.
Currently, the Company registered capital of 20,000,000 baht at the par value of 100 baht per share, which Siamraj Public Company Limited having a shareholding of 199,998 shares or 99.99 percent. The head office of Techtronic Co., Ltd. is located at No. 14, Samyakbypass, Sukhumvit Road, Noen Phra Sub-district, Muang Rayong District, Rayong Province.
- Joint Venture Siamraj and Tekhatatn Co., Ltd. (JST)
November 16, 2017, the Company registered the establishment of a new subsidiary, which the main objective to operate the construction business with a registered capital of 5,000,000 Baht (Five million bath) divided into 500,000 ordinary shares with a par value of 10 Baht per share. The Siamraj Public Company Limited holds a 59.99 percent and Tekhatatn holds a 40 percent of the registered capital. The Joint Venture Siamraj and Tekhatatn‘s head office is located at the Siamrajathanee Building, No. 289/9 Moo 10, Old Railway Road, Samrong Sub-district, Phra Pradaeng District and Samut Prakan 10130.
- CAPS Co., Ltd. (CAPS)
August 6 2018, the Company registered the establishment of additional subsidiaries with the objective of invest into mainly focusing on design, construction and operation in car park and automatic parking system with a registered capital of 100,000,000 baht (One hundred million baht) divided into 10,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of 10 baht per share.
CAPS Company Limited (“CAPS”), a subsidiary company of SR Commercial Holding Co., Ltd. holds 80 percent of the shares. The Siamraj Public Company Limited holds a 99.99 percent of all the shares of the SR Commercial Holding Co., Ltd. which we had sign a contract to operate and management of the car park building at Chiang Mai Airport by the Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited on August 17, 2018. The construction had finished and started to open on September, 2020. The head office is located at the Siamrajathanee Building, No. 289/9 Moo 10, Old Railway Road, Samrong Sub-district, Phra Pradaeng District, and Samut Prakan 10130.
- BUPS Co., Ltd. (BUPS)
June 12 2019, the Company registered the establishment of additional subsidiaries with the objective of invest into mainly focusing on design, construction and operation in car park and automatic parking system with a registered capital of 140,000,000 baht (One hundred forty million baht) with a par value of 10 baht per share which BUPS Company Limited (“BUPS”), a subsidiary company of SR Commercial Holding Co., Ltd. holds 93.99 percent of the shares and The Siamraj Public Company Limited holds 99.99 percent of all the shares of the SR Commercial Holding Co., Ltd.
BUPS Company Limited (“BUPS”) had sign a contract to operate and management of the car park building at Burapa University by on August 28, 2019 and had officially opened on January 2023. The head office is located at the Siamrajathanee Building, No. 289/9 Moo 10, Old Railway Road, Samrong Sub-district, Phra Pradaeng District, and Samut Prakan 10130.
